7 Wonderful Things to See and Do in Fiji

It's not hard to understand why people of all ages want to travel to Fiji on their next vacation. Images of lush tropical rainforests, stunning waters and white sand beaches fill our sails as we google "Fiji". Time and time again we were told about the incredible resort, unique village, incredible diving and snorkeling and the wonders of the community. So why wait? 1. Raft The River

This is probably not the first thing you think about when you think of Fiji, the rafting is, but low and look at it is one of the best experiences you can get here. There really is not a better way to experience the natural and cultural heritage of the island than on a rafting adventure. In the remote highlands of Viti Levu lies one of the most unique river rides on earth, the Upper Navua River slicts deep cliffs through the tropics and is surrounded by lush rainforests, fed by countless waterfalls and protected by challenging rapids. 5. Explore Taveuni

It is known as the Fiji island island, although its jungle interior resembles more of the rugged Tarzan like atmosphere. 7. Visit Viseisei Village

According to Viseisei villagers located 12 kilometers north of Nadi is the oldest settlement in Fiji, believed to have been established by some of the first settlers more than two thousand years ago. The village has also been home to some of Fiji's leaders and hosted high-ranking officials such as Prince Charles. You have to pay women in the craft market to take you around, a cost that costs only $ 3 and is invaluable. Visitors will get real village life and see things like traditional huts and ceremonial drums, as well as the Methodist Church. Important monuments are in this village, and include cross clubs and neck breakers, used in the past by the cannibals of Fiji. Be sure to cover it here, both your knees and shoulders as something less disrespectful in this arrangement.
